What the Guarantee Covers
Weed Reduction
Weed reduction should be visible and progressive throughout the season. A lawn with heavy weed pressure in April should show significant improvement by July, and major improvement by the end of the first full season.
Turf Health & Density
If your lawn was thin and sparse when we started, it should be thicker and more filled-in by the end of the growing season. Turf health and density should improve measurably.
Consistent Color
Color should be consistently green and healthy during the active growing months, accounting for normal seasonal changes. If results are not trending right, tell us — we will come back and adjust.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
We want to be transparent about the boundaries of the guarantee, because being upfront about limitations is just as important as making the promise in the first place.
Customer Cooperation Required
The guarantee depends on a basic level of cooperation. If we recommend mowing at 2 inches and the lawn is being mowed at half an inch, or if irrigation is not turned on during a drought, we cannot overcome those conditions.
Acts of Nature
Hailstorms, unusual freeze events, or severe droughts that exceed what normal irrigation can address are outside the scope of any lawn care guarantee. We will help your lawn recover as quickly as possible.
Other Services
The guarantee does not extend to services outside our fertilization and weed control program, such as mowing, aeration, or pest control. Those services have their own quality standards.
