Our Lawn Care Program Details:

At Fantastic Lawn, our fertilization treatments provide your lawn with the nutrients it needs to thrive all year long. With regular applications of our premium fertilizer, your grass will stay healthy, vibrant, and strong. Plus, every treatment includes weed control to keep those pesky invaders in check.

Step 1 - Early Spring: Our team returns with another pre-emergent application and a post-emergent weed treatment for any weeds that may have emerged.

Step 2 - Mid - Spring: Your lawn gets a boost with our time-released fertilizer, encouraging spring green-up and deep root growth. Post-emergent weed control is applied as needed.

Step 3 - Early Summer: We treat your lawn with a high-nitrogen fertilizer to promote rich, green growth, along with another round of weed control if required.

Step 4 - Mid - Summer: Another time-released fertilizer application ensures your grass stays thick, lush, and vibrant through the season. Any weeds we spot will be treated on the spot.

Step 5 - Late Summer: As the season winds down, we apply fertilizer to help your lawn recover from summer stress and prepare for cooler weather. Weed treatments are applied if necessary.

Step 6 - Early Fall: A gypsum-based fertilizer is applied to improve soil health and balance the naturally high pH of our region’s clay soils.

Step  - Late Fall: During our late fall application we apply a pre-emergent weed control to prevent winter weeds such as chickweed, henbit, annual blue grass, and others.

Step 7 - Late Fall/Early Winter: Our final fertilization strengthens roots for the winter months, paired with a pre-emergent weed control treatment to prevent winter weeds.

No, we don't have contracts and you can cancel at anytime. With a lawn fertilization program, it is important to have realistic expectations on what can be accomplished in a certain amount of time. The condition of your lawn prior to our first application will ultimately determine the results you will see over a short amount of time. The longer you are on the program the better your results will be, within 1 year you should have the lawn you love!

After each treatment we will send you after care instructions based on the current weather conditions and time of the year. All of our fertilizer applications need to be watered in as they are a granular application and need water to be most effective. But we will let you know exactly what you need to do after each application. 

Outside of after care instructions it is also important to mow your lawn regularly, we recommend once a week and to not cut it too short. The hotter it is the longer you want to cut your grass.
