Hi, I’m Dax Milburn, owner of Fantastic Lawn, and I want to assure you that when you request a quote from us, you won’t be bombarded with endless emails or phone calls. Instead, we’ll follow up a few times to make sure you have all the information you need and answer any questions about our services or your quote. Once you fill out the form, we’ll use online tools to measure your property and send you a personalized quote. From there, you can review your options at your convenience and sign up directly through the email we send or by giving us a call. It’s that simple!

We offer a custom fertilization and weed control service with 7 visits each year.

Mosquito Control

Our Mosquito Control Service provides mosquito control applications monthly from April to October.

Outdoor Pest Control

Our Outdoor Pest Control Service takes care of mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks.

Protecting Your Family & Pets

Pet & People Safe Once Dry

We ask that you and your pets remain indoors while we are treating the property and stay off the lawn until our application is dry (typically 2 hours or less). This minimizes exposure to pesticides and herbicides and prevents residues from being tracked into homes.

How long should I wait before using the lawn after service?
Most of our applications contain some type of liquid application to your lawn or landscape. You and your pets should stay off the lawn until it is dry, which usually takes 2 hours or less. Factors such as high humidity and cooler temperatures may increase the time needed for your lawn to completely dry.
How often do you apply treatments?

The frequency of your treatments is based on the services you have chosen. For our Lawn Care Program we will treat your lawn approximately every 6 to 8 weeks depending on which round we are on.

For our Mosquito Control Service we typically apply treatments approximately every 21 days during the season.

How much do the services cost?
For our lawn care program the cost is determined by the square footage of your lawn area. For our Pest Control Program that protects against Mosquitoes and Ticks the cost is on the area around your home you want treated to create a barrier  of protection.
